My Amusing Open House Experience

We had an interesting conversation today with an agent sitting on an open house in Laguna Niguel. He was trying to justify the asking price saying that the equity sellers shouldn't have to suffer because the short sales are bringing the market down. :lol:

I would agree with him.

And then tell him I was going to look for short sales to buy.

Ha! The nitwit listing agent for the house we bought was with Evergreen. Although I suspect that the correlation for being a nitwit is more with just being a realtor rather than which brokerage the license is hung with :)
