Mobile Friendly Page

Is it possible to convert this forum to something that's mobile friendly? Plenty of other forum types have a mobile friendly page. This one is such a haphazard version of the desktop version.
 
When the site had an admin, they were testing a mobile link because SMF supports it.

But when the admin left... so did that project.
