Mission Viejo Painted Trails Listing

Long time lurker here. I just wanted to get all your opinions on Mission Viejo Painted Trails. Mainly this particular listing:

It seems to be priced well and the home is large. I'm not a fan of the set back from your neighbors, but the loft and the bedrooms are large. Anyone own in this community or thinking of buying here? How do you see the appreciation (if there is any) if you buy a similar priced home in Irvine or in Painted Trails.

Just want to get some of your thoughts.

Few days back when I saw this on redfin, few things come into my mind
- comments on Redfin stated "REO needs some work", how much work are we talking about? Have you seen the house?
- with 2 kids going to school soon, how's the school there?
