Mid to higher end REO market status?

The lower end REOs seems to be hot currently with multiple offers going above asking. How are the mid to higher end REOs doing? (600k-1mil). Are they also getting multiple offers, sold for higher than listing and getting sold in a few weeks?

All REOs sell. Maybe not within weeks, but they sell because the banks keep lowering the price until they sell.
