Media Niches

Hey guys,

Just wondering if you guys had any recommendations for entertainment centers to fit in the Media Niches that some of the Irvine homes come with?  Did you guys get it custom built to fit the niche or just by an already standard one?  Pictures would be great!

Upload your picture tohttp://www.tinypic.com(you don't need an account).

It will give you a several copy/paste fields to use, use the message board one (the one with IMG tags).

Copy that into your PM and it will put it inline with your message.
 
Reviving this thread from the dead, does anyone know a good contractor in Irvine area? Looking to redo the media niche + some interior painting.

I got a good painter referral if you want it.  I think I can find the name of a good carpenter that someone referred me back in the IHB days, I'll have to dig around for that.
 
Thanks guys. No worries on the carpenter info. Any idea how much it'd run to redo a niche? I'm guessing 2k-3k range.

Hi Will, just met with Pat and Orlando today for an estimate. I'm still waiting for another person to get back to me but so far their prices seem pretty fair. Just wondering if you can share any of your experience on their worksmanship?
 
Hey Danny,

Pat and Orlando's workmanship are pretty top notch. Each room I had painted was up to my standards and my wifes.  They were very careful to not drip, spill, or scuff anything while inside the home.  Their paint work is comparable or even better than what the builders had.  :D

Plus the price is always better  ;)
