List of places showing fight in the OC:

Hooters wasn't on the list... I think they are charging $20-25 and there is a VIP package.

That is the second time you've brought up Hooters. (Yes, I'm counting.) I can guess where you'll be on fight night.
I'll be watching the Clippers beat the Spurs in the comfort of my own home.

holy sh.., DTV is selling for 99.95....

Yeah, no surprise there. That is the typical rate. Not just DTV. It's a record high PPV for a fight. It is also what I paid when I ordered from Dish. ($99.99 HD / $89.99 SD)

Yaliu - if I give you my buddy's address can you hook us up with a free fight and some porn?

Thanks in advance

Well... not the typical rate for PPVs.

Most are $40-50... this one is has the added Floyd Mo Money Mello Roos.

But whether you have cable or satellite or UVerse, it's $99 for HD.

The Clippers vs Spurs game 7 might be the best game of this year nba playoffs.

Can you DVR a PPV event?  My wife don't care for the fight and doesn't want to watch it.  And no she's not a Clipper fan :)

Yes. I set a timer to record it to the DVR just in case I accidentally miss some of it. The only thing is I noticed the DVR is going to record a big block all the way from 5:00 to midnight. So be careful if you have other things that might conflict with the timer. I set the priority on the fight timer to #1 just in case, so it will give my other shows the boot if there's a conflict.

it will just expire somewhere between 24 and 72 hours.

I have See-Oh-Ex and whenever I recorder PPVs it didn't expire. It stayed on my HD until I deleted it.

let me rephrase, on DTV it will stay on your DVR, but if you want to watch it past the 24-72 hours you will have to pay for it again.

Interesting.

I think I've re-watched a week later, but that was a UFC PPV so maybe it's different for Floyd MelloRoosweather events.
