By the way, Forbe is in Lambert Ranch not Portola Springs.

Still, definitely scary!!

Isn't Lambert Ranch in Portola Springs?

right in the middle of it.

Can't let my kids play in front of the house anymore.

So don't give them hugs? #anotherqwerfact

On a serious note, sucks for everyone. Not a week goes by that I don't read a coyote dog snatch incident on nextdoor or pp forums.  One poor 10yo watched her dog get snatched by a coyote while on leash :(

This is really terrible and I'm glad the kid and father are OK.

I bet this really won't help the BP sales or any other places that are built out in the boonies.

Exhibit A of how to express sympathy and compassion then stick it to someone. Poor BP. Rah rah greenwood!

I'm just telling you that you can't build more inland and not expect this to happen.  "But it is Irvine, and Irvine is the best" is what everyone will say.  It's unfortunate for the little boy, no doubt.  I feel bad for him.  But again, this will continue to happen and get worse with the increase in developments.  Sometimes the truth hurts.

So again, the message is: poor little boy. But dude, buy in greenwood?  Got it.

Where did I say in these last few messages to buy in Greenwood?
Buy where you wanna buy, but don't give people a hard time on where they buy. I'm giving you a dose of your own medicine.

Read your posts. You sound like a schill for GW.  You brought up BP sales in a coyote attack post when this happened deep in PS.  I never give anyone a hard time for buying over there (except qwerty). I've even defended GW on occasions. I actually like some of the homes there but don't think they trade at enough of a discount.  I would consider buying there but the schools are a mess and I'm in my house for less than a GW house so doesn't make sense.

I should have been more clear by "you". I'm not saying you specifically, but others on this site. So many of "you" are wrapped up in the Irvine bubble. I live in Irvine currently, so I am aware too on some of these topics.

Um, I believe by disparaging Pavilion Park as "the boonies," you're giving these homeowners and everyone else in the foothills of Irvine "a hard time," no?
