Per the below link, the majority of Terrazza is now in IUSD? Has anyone else heard anything? Thank you in advance...

Both TUSD IUSD sites says otherwise.  Prized cash cows will not be easily given up by TUSD.  Who's gonna pay for their other schools?

More accurately, that map shows the TUSD-IUSD bond map. The majority of Terrazza homes pay the IUSD bond even though they are in TUSD while some Strada homes in the IUSD-zoned area still pay the TUSD bond.

That doesn't make any sense.  Why would you have to pay IUSD bond if you have to attend TUSD and vice versa

That whole districting thing makes no sense, I know they had to deal with existing homes and bonds and new ones, but supposedly Irvine is a master planned city, and this is just poorly designed...  The best they can come up with is to split Strada and having a mixed bag of fail, paying for one school district and going to another.

I believe Strada is trying to sell one straggling Plan 1 that is zoned TUSD, and then they'll start printing price/info sheets with no mention of TUSD (because the remaining lots to be sold are all IUSD).

A friend in Strada said he received an email from the homeowner portal about new school zones.  When he logged into the website, he said he didn't find any announcements.

If they change all of Neighborhood II to IUSD, that should help with Terrazza's sales.  However, there are people that actually prefer TUSD and were happy the zoning is the way it is.  It's just so strange to cut Strada into two school districts.

Received the same email, was a glitch and there was nothing to report, everyone that received that email now has one saying to disregard the "New school zones" email
