So did IR actually talk about FCBs on the main blog?

where is EVERYBODY today?? really slow work day... more than half of my offices were unexpectedly closed... is there something going on, that the people logged in don't know about?

Just this week, I meet a new neighbor down at our IAC biz center; apparently he just fled Iran because of political persecution. He is apparently a well known political academic. He's renting for now, and wants to see if he can teach at UCI, he doesn?t know anybody here, and wants to make friends and connect with Iranian-Americans here in Irvine. I introduce him to a few Iranians I know at our complex and send him on his way? I showed the IHB before we parted and he mentioned Irvine is apparently well know among Iranians and once he gets his entire family out they want to buy a house here. I told him to wait the market out and to secure a job first; no, no? I just pay cash,, he said!

Everyone has gone out to buy houses before the 8K gov handout expires

I always liked this graph. It shows the pattern of increased foreign money as market pricing collapses very well.

Not to mention to purchase an Irvine house you have to make more than the income cut off.
