School Districts don't follow city boundaries. Where do the property taxes for schools go? It's on your tax bill. There's a small number of Luna park homes that are zoned for Irvine school district- why did they do that isn't it odd they are sort of in the middle of Luna park. Is it likely if you buy one you'll eventually be rezoned???
No one knows for sure but does it make sense that it would/could? If the bonds are for IUSD that are attached to those homes, how can those students be rezoned to another district? Who is it that is saying it could? Just ordinary people without common sense? What I'm asking is does anyone know if the current IUSD luna park homes could be rezoned saddleback like most of the neighborhood already is? Rezoning can occur from what I've read but has that ever happened before to a different school district?
