This is the advertisement I read in today's Daily Pilot real estate section. These homes are priced 2-3 million...in Talega! I'll admit these are nice homes but their claim of "recession proof" is crap. I've visited Lucia twice and the second time the Lucia saleswoman told me they are not selling and the people who bought there are really angry and threatening to sue if Lucia lowers their prices. Seems like Lucia is desperate to unload these 2-3 million dollar homes in San Clemente in a very difficult economic time.
