We almost bought these due to less price per sq ft. But being attached (1-side) and true condo - when we compared monthly costs (PITIA + MelloRoos + HOA + Others) - there were resale true SFRs that were cheaper overall. Moreover the location (sandwiched between sandcanyon and 133) did not help.
I got this too and was going to post it... Given that the pricing was 520k for Plan 3 last time I checked, that would be about $100k in upgrades. I'd love to see an itemized list of them.
