Looking for full time nanny in Irvine

We are looking for a full time nanny to look after our 10 month old baby. We live in Irvine in Quail Hill. Does anyone know of nannies look for work? Should we use an agency to find a nanny?

Our former nanny, who stopped working for us at the end of July, hasn't accepted a new position. Everything she has found has been far, e.g. Corona, San Clemente. PM me if you are interested in more info. She is great with babies...
