Looking for contractor to remove a wall

Need a contractor to remove a wall and also put in a door elsewhere. 

Any recommendations?  Local in irvine preferable, needs to be dependable and have good craftsmanship (probably will need arches placed).  Also needs to know his stuff so I don't getba load bearing wall removed.  Browsed through the forum, didn't find specifically what I needed...if so point me the way.  Thanks.
 
any experiences with either creation builders, south county drywall, or S&B construction management?  thanks.
