<p>So my wife had in interesting conversation with our nutty neighbor who is always screaming at barking dogs and yelled at her for having music too loud. He came over and apologized and said that he is under alot of stress because he is being evicted. His home was for sale for a while but I think is off the market. Can anyone tell me if it is still listed, is in foreclosure, and what he purchased it for? Its address is 617 Brookview Way, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. Also, one just sold very recently behind us on either Brookview Way or Seaview Way...what did it go for?</p>

<p>I only use Zillow for the actual purchase prices.</p>
