My office is near Main and Jamboree. We had a bolt swoop pretty low near to Harvard bridge over the 405. Anyone experience anything close like that today?

I would like to know how many of the 2010 collection developed a roof leak.

I keep hearing that many of the new homes have roof leak problems.  Not sure if it's urban legend or if it's a widespread problem since I never lived in a "new" home or have known many people in a "new" home.

That's a good point. Since it hasn't rained very much in SoCal... that is something to look for.

I think when I bought my house new, El Nino hit soon after so that was a good test.
