Servers... They can double as a waiter/waitress  :)

LOL. I've found a loophole - Mr. SoCal is technically a TI member, so I'll have to say him.  :P But, I'll assume you mean one of the regular active members... assuming everyone was single, of course. Do I have to pick just one or should I give a short list so that I don't make anyone feel left out? Hmmmm. Gosh, this is so hard. There are different things I like about different people here and I've only met a few of you in person, so that makes it hard to really know what someone is like. (I also do not want to piss off any wives, so it's scary to say anything on a public forum!) Let's see... I"m thinking out loud here... candidates would be: qwerty because he said I'm pretty and he's Hispanic. I dig dark-haired fellas... Italian / Hispanic / Mediterranean... is nice. That's my type. Not into blondies. I also like tall & brainy/clever so (God, who started this stupid game? LOL) IrvineRealtor comes to mind. Mmkay, how embarrassing. (I'm so sorry, Scott!) IHO for his entrepreneurial spirit, wit, brains, and I get the sense he's truly a good guy through & through. (Homer, you're entrepreneurial, too. I like that.) Also, I think he's a Christian, which is one of the most important things to me. For that same reason, I'd also want to throw in others into the candidate pile who meet that qualification. My senses tell me it includes Panda and I think iacrenter but not positive on that one. If I was looking to just have a casual, fun date, I think Trojan would be the most fun. He seems adventurous and I like to do things on a whim sometimes. I think he'd be a fun guy to go to the casinos with. I remember daedalus works on his cars and I find that very manly. Can't help it - I love a grease-monkey. Plus, he is handsome. I like guys who know how to fix things. Same with No_Vaseline, if anyone remembers him. I've met him in the flesh. He's handy. He's also tall, dark & handsome, imo. I'll add that there are plenty of very sweet guys here but one thing I've realized over the years is while I love sweet guys, I do not like spineless men. Overly-sensitive men without a thick skin need not apply. I like someone who lets things roll off their back and has confidence. Not cocky! Confident. Big difference!!

Now that I've covered all my bases, if I had to select just one... IHO probably checks off most of the boxes... never met him but looks good on paper. My condolences to him.  :)

Now for the next person:

IACRenter- Truth or Dare?

**I'm about to get on a train to head up to Santa Barbara for the four-day holiday weekend. I will try to check back but it might take me a little while. If most of you are headed out of town for President's Day weekend, we can pick up again on Tuesday.

I didn't read your long post, I have an attention span of a 3 year old.. but I did read about your trip.

Have fun in Santa Barbara!!

I'm so jealous  >:(  Post some pictures of food and sites if you can!!

Okay, no time to wait. On to the next victim:

Irvinehomeowner: Truth or Dare?

Don't blame me since you practically begged for a second chance to play earlier.  ;)

We will combine the two. I dare you to describe the most embarassing thing that has ever happened to you in public. Alternatively, you may put an icecube down your pants and keep it there until it melts. (No photographic proof needed.)

That's easy... getting mugged on a main street in the middle of the day when I was a young teenager. All I had was $5 in my wallet too... I think it was more of a right of passage for the gangbanger than for the money.

Not sure if that was really embarrassing or humiliating... so I'll share the only other one I can think of:

I was one of the groomsmen at an outdoor wedding and turns out I had been walking around with bird poop on the back of my head and jacket for a good portion of it.

BTW:

I'm a bit embarrassed by SoCal's assessment of me considering she's never met me in real life... and if she did... she would probably take all those kind words back (if BK were here... he could verify that).

I just think she got bamboozled by the mysterious Austrian accent.

OMG this is epic! You really put a lot of thought into this! :)

IHO, YOUR TURN!

Austrian accents are just irresistible, didn't you know?
