I think that question will affect his RE standing with his clientele. I consider this question crossing the line.

It says arrested, not "convicted". Besides, if it's a yes, maybe he would be more relatable to others who have been in a similar situation. I would guess most people have been arrested or come close to it.

USC, do you feel uncomfortable with this question? If so, I can ask you another one.

And be warned: I will next be asking you about underwear preferences. So you might want to think of your clients before you fess up to wearing leopard-print briefs.

Ok, USC...this question was suggested to me by a highly skilled, expert Truth or Dare player...have you ever been arrested?
Nope, I have never been arrested or convicted (I've never seen the inside of a jail cell).  Worst thing that I ever had was a reckless driving ticket back in my 20s (going over 100mph) that was reduced down to a basic speeding ticket thanks to the lawyer that I hired.  I could not hold my CPA and RE license if I had any criminal issues.

You could say that there are some individuals who do this the other way... use their CPA or RE licenses to become criminals. :)

(present company excepted)

Trace, I'm not the type ot be shy, timid, or uncomfortable.  There's almost no personal question that I wouldn't be willing to answer, I have nothing to hide.

As for underwear, solid print boxers or boxer briefs only!

I think what happens is that there are individuals in licensed professions (whether it be a CPA or realtor) that allow greed to be their main goal, basically a character flaw.  There are corrupt individuals in every profession out there.  I used to work in banking as an officer of a bank so an FBI background check and credit check was done on me every 6 months.

My grandpa before he died always used to tell me a few things (rough translations from Polish) that really stuck....."The greedy always lose twice" and "Give a little now and gain more later."  Then my dad always used to tell me that my word has to be as good as gold because that's what will dictate whether people respect and take me seriously.

Next restaurant that you go to, on an 8.5 by 11 piece of paper write Talk Irvine on it (so it fills up most all of the page) and snap a picture of the waiter/waitress holding it.

No, has to be a sit down restaurant where a waiter/waitress serves you.
