Less than honest clients

It occurs to me that re agents have not had a chance to vent their frustation over clients who do not tell their re agents the whole story or may be less than honest or may leave out material facts which the re agent needs to do their job effectively. I, for one, am very curious to hear the re agents stories. And it may be helpful to us civilians to hear the agent's point of view from an anonymous level. So, here is your chance agents, let 'er rip.

<p>Personally, I feel that real estate is all about relationship; it goes both way. And I do have a choice of whom I want to have a relationship with. Beside, realtors are supposed to work for free, right? </p>

Nice thoughts.



Most of my clients are referrals or long time relationships so I really can't recall any bad experiences. I only work with people with whom I have a comfort level. This pertains to resales.



As a VP of Sales and Marketing for several public builders and a couple of small private builders I have some horror stories about new home customers but that was in a galaxy far away and a long time ago. Everything from people doing their own customizations during construction to people shooting porno in the models. LOL



Lots of stories and some are pretty humorous in the rear view but they weren't fun at the time. I will give some thought to a few of the better ones and post a couple when I get time.
