June of 2007... This school has been living on borrowed time for over a year. Who in their right mind runs a business like that on a month-to-month lease?!?!

ASSuming the OCR got the facts of the story right, looks like the lease ran out on June, and was continued month to month.
To me, I think the school was gambling on the come Lennar was going to go busto sooner rather than later and lost.
