Hey, guys. Mr. SoCal is gonna kill me  :-\ but... I'm selling the living room set we just bought six months ago and starting all over! (Wheeeeee!) I thought I would post about it here first in case anyone is interested. This is going to be a better deal than it would be going through a consignment center where they skim off a 50% cut, leaving no wiggle room.

Details:

Beige / Cream matching sofa & armchair in genuine top-grain leather with hand-finished hide. Modern track arms, T-cushions, and block legs in espresso finish. Flexsteel construction (superior quality, see video below), Dual Flex spring system from the Flexsteel Lattitude Collection. Condition: like new. Pet free & Smoke free home.

Sofa: 38"H x 84"W x 42"D
Armchair: 38"H x 38"W x 42"D

$2,000 O.B.O. Buyer picks up.
See attached invoice for what the whole kit & kaboodle runs retail.

The images shown below are from the manufacturer's website. To see the actual pieces, PM me to arrange an appointment. The manufacturer changed the model name. It reads "Carlson" on my attached invoice and in stores. It has recently been changed to "Stevens" on the web with no discernible changes made to the product. You can try either if you want to Google the set.

Why are you guys parting with these... they look great?

Thanks. I've been putting together the living room in stages, as time permits. I started with the couch and armchair. However, adding or replacing a furniture piece can have a domino effect. When you change one thing then sometimes you need to change another... and another... and another... (and then by the time you're all done, it's time to start over.  :P) Now that I've got some other pieces, I'm back to Square 1 looking at chaise sectionals!

How does it perform in the "4 year old trampoline test" segment?  :)

Good question. Anybody got a rambunctious 4 year old I can borrow to find out? Mine are older and "house trained".

I tell you, if anybody does have young kids, I hear this is the way to go. Bonded leather on the "trampoline" will begin to peel and flake off. Genuine leather like this will stay in tact. Cleans easily as well, or so I hear, haven't had a chance to find out.
