So my jaw dropped last night when on The Closer, somebody's excuse for committing murder was their adjustable rate mortgage on their million dollar LA home.

Anyone else see it?
 
I cackled, my wife groaned, and we both marveled at how quickly the "news" made it way into the plot lines of drama shows. Expect this to continue.
