Larry Kudlow is a moron

I'm going to start a thread to document the dumb things Larry Kudlow says as fact, in an effort to shame CNBC into getting rid of him.

Supply creates it's own demand.
Larry Kudlow, about 8:10 PST 8/14/2009.

Feel free to add on.

The Great Kudlow.

I watch CNBC every morning. When this idiot comes on at 8:00 AM I know I am late for work.

The guy is a tool. Nothing like a New Jersey Jew that became a Catholic with a degree in History. Past accomplishments include heavy Cocaine and Alcohol abuse. Drill baby Drill.

I think CNBC needs to have at least one Conservative voice. So they picked this clown.

It's actually such a basic concept that it might be useful to highlight. Increasing supply can lower prices, and those lower prices can increase demand. These curves are impacted differently when you talk about investments vs. necessary goods - food/gas.

Increasing supply creates more demand...at a much lower price.

So what use is more demand at a lower price going to be to the company selling the product?

I agree with you 100%. However, that's not what Larry said. To make things worse, when questioned by Leisman, he repeated himself.

Kudlow is not a conservative. He's a neocon at best, big difference. He's also a corporate apologist. I hate it when these guys defend the corrupt system all the way to the end.
