Hello,

About to buy a new home in GP and of course Lennar doesn’t include the landscaping. Does anyone have any experience with getting landscaping done for new homes in GP? And any recommendations for landscapers and idea of cost?

It's not a Lennar thing, I'd say most if not all builders in Irvine don't include landscaping (back yard).

When you move in, you'll get plenty of people who will leave their card or business information on your door. See who your neighbors go with, talk to some of the people who stop by.

Cost will vary wildly. You could pay $10k for a gigantic concrete pad in your back yard, you could pay $100k for something extremely custom and lavish. It also depends on how large the area is too.
