Landscape company suggestion

Really liked the backyard landscape, how much this kind of landscaping can cost? Any suggestions on landscaping companies.

I would guess $100k to $150k.

Anything involves a pool usually will set the price tag over $100k.  Although the pool is not that big, the other hardscape are also very expensive.

This Jacuzzi not pool. So should budget at least 100k.

Bought for $1.14M + $160K upgrades = $1.3M total

If they sell for asking $1.38M - $69K (realtor fees at 5%) - closing costs (~15k) = $1.29M

Loss of $1k overall from a 2014 purchase?  Not good.

Moral of the story perhaps is don't spend a crazy amount on landscaping and upgrades unless you know it's your forever home...

What good is that little pool.  I guess if you want one of those lap pools...but that has to be pretty "niche".

Think "lap" pool is more for looks.  Looks too shallow for swimming.
