Land Next To Woodbury Shopping Center

This may have been asked before, but what are they grading the land for across the street from the new Woodbury shopping centerr (towards Portola Pkwy)?



They're running streets and walls through the area, but I don't know of any development "zone" going in there? It's not considered an extension to Woodbury is it?

If it's north of Woodbury, then it's <a href="http://www.northirvineupdate.com/">Stonegate</a> (Planning area 9b), south of Woodbuy doesn't have a name other than <a href="http://www.pa40update.com">planning area 40</a>.

I heard somewhere that they are busily preparing to build the new Stonegate Apartment Community but nothing else (no houses) on that corner.
