Looks like the elevations and floor plans for The Grove Plan 3 are incorrect...

i really like the hill and field.  grove has some cool plans but will be way out of our price range.  field plan 3 is a dead ringer for the original carmel in WB which we also like a lot

Yup, the Grove Plan 2. Briefly also considered The Grove 1 and The Hill 2, but settled on The Grove 2.

Yup, the Grove Plan 2. Briefly also considered The Grove 1 and The Hill 2, but settled on The Grove 2.

I like Plan 2 as well but would opt for the super great room over the tandem garage.
