Tonight (and every Thursday) is Ladies' Night at Sand Canyon Cyclery. There's a group ride for the girls at 6p.m.

Don't worry if you're a beginner, they divide up by skill level and offer short rides for novices and longer rides for

experienced cyclists.

They also offer a Wednesday night ride for men and women, if you want to get your climb on.

A triple crank is recommended, but not required.

Oh, and they have this for Tenmagnet types.

What have I been telling you all this time, indoor cycling is the way to go.

Now if you?ll do the indoor class, I?ll show up and throw down.

Bring a can of Axe and I?ll personally sign it.

pinky swear!

I'll consider getting off my bike and going indoors to spin, but only if it's winter. And exceedingly cold. And snowing.

Oh...wait...I'll be on the slopes with my girlfriend, Gretchen. Nevermind. You'll have to spin alone.

Ohhh winter, I love cross county skiing. The only downside is that going alone can be difficult if you get into a place you can't get out of....

I would love to get back into cycling somday.

take it easy

Gretchen looks awfully lonely in the hot tub.

Definitely sense her ?Come hither? vibe.

Besides being extremely good-looking, I?m also an excellent snowboarder.

Let?s plan a trip to Whistler.

Feel free to join Gretchen and I in the hot tub Prof, I promise I?ll behave.

Sand Canyon also do Wednesday night mixed rides, starting at 5:30 sharp, there are two rides, Fast and very fast, the latter is a torture fest and be prepared to get dropped, having said that, it's a great ride but lots of Traffic as it goes down to Corona del Mar...I've only been able to do it once due to my wacky work hours...

My Wife told me tonight's "Ladie's" (and I use that term very loosely where you pair are involved) ride was a fun one.... :p

Ladies' night was a blast, and quite a workout. I highly recommend it, but don't be fooled by the pony tails and trashy cat jerseys. These girls mean business.

Our average speed was 22 m.ph. The pink peloton charged up hills like Vande Velde on the attack. The ride concluded with cold beer and snacks, courtesy of the bike shop.

Stats:

Legth of ride: 23 miles or so

Number of male riders dropped by the peloton: 7+

Number of male riders who dropped us: 1 (red bike, red jersey, red hawt)

Graph is certainly ready for those mixed rides.

Looks like he means business.

Probably needs to lay off those daily trips to The Hat.

Nice outfit!

Not only did Cayci help pick it out but she squeezed you into it as well.

When Graph asked you ?Does this make me look fat?"

Your answer should?ve been HELL YES!

I see a lot of pictures here, but I don't think they're real hehe (and If they are, I'm really really sorry for you guys)

Why don't you show pictures? Is a policy or just something you don't like to do?
