was the 2007 sale real or to a family member?

was the 2008 sale a FC by a 2nd lender?

and the april sale the FC by the first?

(thank you to someone with loan access!)

IR2 was kind enough to provide me info for the final 5 transactions, but it is very confusing!

the 2008 transaction was indeed a FC where Countrywide (surprise!) took it in the shorts.

the apr09 sale looks like pro investors, and the jul09 a sale to long term investors.

I'm guessing the 2005 transactions were flippers in action, but don't know for sure.

Look at that. It changed hands six times in four years after being owned by the same person for 16 years. It would be nice if we got back to where owning the same house for 16 years was normal.
