Kitchen faucet leak - Hire a plumber or handyman?

I'm not sure if it's the hot water hose going to the faucet or the gasket in the faucet. Would you hire a plumber or a handyman?
 
I ended up doing it myself. All it was was a stinkin' cartridge that needed to be replaced! Took me 10 mins. Part was free since Moen has a lifetime warranty on hardware.
