I have been surprised the Democrats haven't beat McCain to death with his involvement in the S&L fiasco. There are many parallels between what happened then and the housing bubble.
 
I think they were trying to take the high road on that one, but in one fell swoop Palin ruined it for the Republicans. The association with terrorists claim has now unleashed all of the ugly the Dems can come up with.
 
I think she's sabotaging McCain. If you know her history of how she uses people then discards them when they are of no further use to her, this could be an indirect example of that. Questioning why McCain conceded MI, bringing up unsubstantiated allegartions, bringing up Rev. Wright when McCain himself said that, he know Obama and he's doesn't believe in what Wright preached.



Any takers on a Palin 2012 run?

I agree completely. She has delusions of victory in 2012. And the Repubs will most likely nominate her. Easy Obama 2nd term vicory. I'll be looking forward to that one.
