Kamala Harris to run for Boxer's Senate Seat

California Atty.  Gen. Kamala Harris announced Tuesday her plans to run for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Barbara Boxer and immediately began raising money for what was expected to be a costly political campaign.

I think she is going to be in for sure...but if GOP/Dems want to spend money on a costly election, certainly help California economy.

Yes, this'll be quite an expensive election, despite the GOP's minimal chances of winning.

Gavin Newsom opted out to run for governor after Brown leaves.

I like both Harris and Newsom.
