It may be a McMansion, but I could live out my days perfectly happy in a place like that.
 
I am sorry to rehash this post but I was shocked at the new list price.

Total: Loss (including commission): $473,540 (28% drop).


Loss (w/o commission): $392,000 (22.4% drop)





What is worse is that the price change occurred in Jan. 30. So no takers for over a month after dropping the price more than 20 percent.

<p>Problem for Triple Leaf is that the plan 2 Juliets Balcony on Twiggs took $1.285M. Even though Triple Leaf is way more upgraded, it's hard to convince a would-be buyer of that. I'd think Triple Leaf should be able to get into escrow for $1.25M if they'd take it...</p>

<p>There's a lesson here, don't ever buy the model. They are way overpriced and the over-decoration makes them less appealing to some buyers.</p>
