If you bought this house you'd be moving next door to Terry and Heather Dubrow, another RHOC star whose house (currently still being built) is actually quite close to the Hamilton's home (at this price point I would imagine at least some decent space between homes).

It's a beautiful home but honestly it's a lot of home - you guys really would want to maintain all that "home"? The view is prettty amazing though
