He runs with the flow of traffic and not against it, so he has his back to on-coming cars but will turn and give people the bird.
Very annoying. I understand that pedestrian have the right of way, but when they run on a major road and flicking drivers off because he expect traffics to stop for him when he run over a red light because he is a pedestrian, that is some nerve.
This is why cops should be vigilant of idiots like him. I am sure I will not stop my car when he give me the finger but I did see this dude running around the area. One of this day I hope not though that some thing bad might struct him.
