Yes outside looks fugly but you gotta love that California basement in the Gables Plan 4--at least the way the one in the model looked, with a media center, game room, and guest bedroom.
Pushing the garage back could not save this fugly house. A million dollar house that is only 22' wide !
Here is a same width lot with better houses.
