If so, it will be interesting to watch polling demographics in the upcoming days. Normally I wouldn't think that McCain selecting a woman for VP would be a big issue. But given that Obama didn't even vet Hillary as a VP choice, this could cause a shift in support.

I'll withhold judgement on whether or not I think she's a good choice until I know more about her. One good thing... I'll bet we have a pretty thorough debate on energy policy. That's been missing for many years, under both Democratic and Republican administrations.
