seems like the whole world is buying now and people are fighting to get the house they want.

i know about 4-5 people who are looking and place offers but constantly get outbid. Couple coworkers bought in the lake forest, and long beach area. They're both bank owned.
I am sorry, that doesn't help. Are you asking if now is good time to buy, or telling us that it is a good time to buy?
LOL. First of all, sales rates are significantly below historical averages, so it doesn't "seem like" quite like what you describe. But nevermind, let's say for the sake of argument that there is a frenzy. What does this say about where prices are gonna be in a couple years? If you went back in time to early 2006 Riverside County you'd see a crazy buying mania that surely exceeds anything we have now. Bidding wars, mass hysteria, the whole shebang. How'd that work out? The market crashed spectacularly and two or three years later prices are half off. Just because people are buying right now DOES NOT mean prices won't come down big time in the next few years.

Most of my life, I’ve came to listen, obey and be discipline to follow through with advice/instruction/lessons from older, wiser people. That doesn’t mean that we don’t constantly test and try the messages, but once trust is establish… they have my complete faith…

Slightly off topic, but since it came up, does pricing with the 8's really work with the Asian folk? I guess I have a hard time believing that people are that gullible when you're talking about spending such large amounts of money. Just wondering...
