Irwd recycle water Yay or Nay

Seems a bit overboard.  Spend 50 cents on energy for every 1 cent worth of water.  I understand we're in a drought but we need long term sustainable solutions.  Either plumb reclamation lines to all homes (especially new developments) or maybe we need in-home diverter valves that allow people to send "clean" grey water to outside landscaping.
