I really, really want to pick on you for missing this, but you are always so nice, and everything I want to say is just harsh. So... make sure you read the zips I have posted carefully, and you might be frightened to know that no_vas could potentially be your neighbor. I know... there goes the neighborhood.

[quote author="graphrix" date=1232723547]What? I thought you wanted to live near your girlfriend? Price dropped to $675k, and on the market for 67 days and still counting...

Anyway...

92705 $403 $326 -19.1% -18.4%

92706 $426 $273 -35.9% -36.5%

92782 $369 $316 -14.4% -9.8%

Sorry I missed that and thanks for being nice to me :) I actually think no_vas might fit in quite well, I know that's an even scarier thought.

[quote author="freedomCM" date=1232879596]If you are already calculating that...92626, 92627 would be great!

92626 $431 $336 -22% -21.9%

92627 $575 $402 -30.1% -32.2%

Looks like the median % drop for CM SFRs is in line with the sqft. % drop. Keep in mind the 2007 median % drops for CM SFRs were -6.4% and -2.8% respectively. If you consider the fact that the numbers above are annualized, and take a look at the monthly Dec. YOY sqft. numbers of $300 and $360, then CM is down -30.4% and -37.4% respectively. I wouldn't be surprised if the trend holds, and CM will be down nearly -50% a year from now. Hopefully someone or myself will remember to bump this thread a year from now.
