Irvineopoly Concept

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program

I've voided placing any questionable links back to my site, but in this instance I genuinely want feedback on the "Irvineopoly" concept (not unique to me, obviously, but hopefully my take on it is) as it appears as a video on my site. And yes, I expect criticism (I try to focus on homes with a certain criteria that does not typically fall within the tastes of many of this forum's participants), but I am particularly interested in objective perspective on the production value of the video.

So let me know...

I am a little confused on the point of the video.  Are you trying to promote or ridicule the homes at play?  Without any text of voice-over, I am not quite sure what the point the video is.

Also...it's too short and the properties move too fast.  Seems like the opening to a segment rather than the segment itself.

Thank you for the feedback, everyone!! I agree this last segment looked a little "dark" on the whole, and it felt a little fast paced or rushed (but I'm old now, so everything seems fast paced to me these days, so I definitely need objective opinions). I'm not trying to poke fun at the properties on the "Irvineopoly board" but I can see how it might be open for satirical interpretation, lol. What I want to do is simply capture a 'snapshot' of six current homes for sale (resales) which fit the criteria I think is most generally appealing to potential Irvine buyers (800k or less with 3 bedrooms or more) in different Irvine villages. I also want to keep it kind of simple and deliberately short and sweet, but I'll take into account that this might leave people wondering what exactly is the purpose of the video. I'll have to think about that.

Thanks again for your comments, I shall continue to refine.

Use the apartment complexes to make the housing groups.

The Villages becomes Boardwalk.
Villa Sienna becomes park place.

Turtle Ridge, Turtle Rock Vista and Quail Ridge become the green group.

etc.

Or use the neighborhood and subgroups within them if named.

I like these ideas, it would be particularly simple to add the neighborhood and subgroups. Thanks!
