The nation's safest city did a good job about not attracting a lot of press coverage about this guy. I guess he wasn't ugly enough

A jury Thursday found a former mechanic at Fletcher Jones Motorcars in Newport Beach guilty of twice raping an Irvine woman and trying to rape a Newport Beach woman after breaking into their homes.
Travis Dewayne Batten Jr., 31, of Irvine, sobbed as the guilty verdicts were announced, according to a reporter in the courtroom.
 
Scary, did he get the info from customers dropping off cars at FJ?  He would have access to keys, address, any personal info left behind in the car, etc. 
 
Crazy. Guys like this need to be tossed in a giant blender.
 
The prisoners will make him pay for what he did. You have to love the criminal honor code
 
I am totally shock this never made the newspapers or citizen alert bulletins. If not for OC weekly another heinous crime just quietly slips by.
