Irvine Politics: The seedy underside

I have not seen much in the way of dirty politics. Then I realized that I may not have been paying close attention.



I saw this discussion over at the Red County Blog a couple of months ago. The issue had to do with being censured in Irvine vs. free speech.

Irvine seems a pretty bland place. Does anyone here think that politics in Irvine are all that controversial?

Try Googling "Chris Mears" and find out why he didn't run for his city council seat the last time around. You might also want to use the key words "electrical plant" or "power plant" and "Larry Agran"

Now there is a couple of reasons right there to vote for the other candidate ;-)
