Irvine New Home Sale - Possible to Bring in Buyer Agent?

Newbie question - I have gone visit model homes at Portola Springs and have gotten myself added to a couple of waitlists (Sierra and Fiore from Cal PAC and waiting for Arbor from Shea). Is it still possible for me to bring in a real estate agent at this point for the agent to get commission?

No, must go with agent on first visit, some agents may be nice, but I think you'll be SOL.

Unfortunately if you have signed in with the builders, they will not allow you to register with an agent. Their rule is that your first physical visit to the sales office has to be with your agent in order for your agent to qualify for the builder's commission.
