Saratoga is a detached condo - no lot lines
By comparison....
Montecito is sfr - has lot lines
Garden Hill is sfr - has lot lines
Magnolia is sfr - has lot lines
Marigold is detached condo - no lot lines
Sage is detached condo - no lot lines

In other worlds, Magnolia is a SFR with a motor court just like it's expensive cousin La Vita.
The Irvine builders really blur the line between traditional SFR and detach condo. There's legal definition of what is a SFR and there's home owner/buyer's perception of what is a SFR, but if the home looks and feel like a SFR to you, than it is a SFR.
