That website is neat, however it isnt' a valid view of what a website is worth at all.
Everysingle website uses fixed value of $0.0030008 cents per page view. If you take the figure I just gave and multiply it by their daily pageviews, you will get their daily revenue ad value. We all know that all websites are different and just because they generate traffic, it doesnt' mean they generate same revenue.
For example we also know that Google.com generates far more than just 1.2B in revenue per year...and nobody in their right mind (assuming they had the money) would pass up the opportunity to acquire google for 1.2B.
