Ooooo... this is like the "House for IHO" thread.

Ignoring the lack of 3CWG, I'll choose the Quail Hill home, 2nd would be Woodbridge... based on location and the extra half bath in both.

Quail Hill is a the village we tend to recommend when given similar choices, especially given the extra half bath.
