Good idea, I think I'll do the same. If I'm feeling extra adventurous I'll hit up the JOST Jeffery Open Stayaction Trail.

But then again, an elephant did kill some driver on the 405... one can only imagine how that ended up. Lion country was probably a liability nightmare. Where can you get lion attack insurance? lmao
 
Many well to do foreigners LOVE south coast plaza too because of all the unique shops.

Irvine is only one exit away. Plus its centrally located -- close to beaches, and 3 major freeways, leading to just about anywhere in SoCal.

Plus its safe. I know it sounds crazy but many foreign friends I know are under this misconception that there is hardcore gang/gun violence in America. This is probably due to the media in europe/asia constantly purporting that view. Only logical to stay in socals safest city :)

Marketing. Its not just marketing anymore.
