I wonder how many of those men will claim they were just "talking".
My old coworker (a hooker) said it's true that sometimes they will pay an escort just for companionship so they will have somebody to listen to their problems, etc., i.e. attention they're not getting at home.
I guess I should have rephrased it differently. Sex wasn't part of the job when I met her. Well, kind of. Well, not technically. It's hard to explain. She used to work on the casino floor of a major, big-name, "reputable" Las Vegas hotel & casino located right on the strip. She was a cocktail waitress. However, after starting the job, she found out the powers-that-be strongly encouraged the cocktail girls to see the high rollers privately. The spenders get what they want and if they assume they can have the girls then they can. The girls were so strongly encouraged that they would be threatened with losing their job if they didn't. If girls didn't comply, they would make up a different reason to fire them or give them so few hours that they would quit. So, she did it because she felt like she was bullied into it and had no choice. But she knew she couldn't live like that for long so she quit. She needed a new job. She met our boss -- a pervy rich old man in N.B. with lots of girlfriends. He offered her a job at his company in N.B. where I was already working. I think she started seeing the boss as well. **I was NOT.** I had a specialized technical set of skills which is why I chose to apply there and had no idea what I was walking into. He liked staffing his company with young ladies and he would also give all his girlfriends jobs at his company plus complimentary breast implants, yacht trips, etc. She's probably one of the most beautiful black ladies I've ever seen. Tall, beautiful smile, sort of a cross between Naomi Campbell and Halle Berry. She was also one of the sweetest people ever. A great person. We wore lots of hats. She was chosen to join our small group of girls that the boss selected to interact with doctors in Orange County as representatives, selling them equipment and supplies, trying to recruit doctors as customers, get them to set up accounts with us, giving tours, etc. That's how I met her.
