What are your thoughts about whether Irvine (either Five Pointe or Villages) will offer integrated 55+ communities like RMV is doing; that is 55+ communities in the midst of other communities with mixed even/amenities in addition to private. Travata is too isolated, in a poor location, and way overpriced. Was hoping the next neighborhood at Five Pointe would be interesting but just saw Cadence coming up and doesn't look unique in any way. I'm looking for cool floorplans, drought tolerant landscaping, solar panels, a farm, classes, stuff going on, reduced MR for 55+ and integrated with all age neighborhoods.
